BOOKING INFORMATION
Opening Times
We are open for boarding 365 days a year.
Drop off and collection times Monday - Friday 10am-11am and 5pm-6pm
Saturday 10am - 12noon
Sunday 4.30pm- 6pm
Please ensure you take these times into account when booking your dates. For example, if you won't be able to collect by noon on Saturday, you will need to book another night for collection on Sunday afternoon.
For viewings before booking, please email or phone for an appointment so we can ensure someone is free to show you around.
Availability Update
We have low availability for the last week of February 2025, so if you want these dates, please book as soon as possible.
Booking Conditions
Please note that we can only accept bookings for cats who are fully vaccinated - you will need to produce their vaccination certificate.
A 50% non-returnable* deposit will be required to confirm your booking. The balance of your account is payable at the end of your booking, before you collect your cat(s).
To place a booking request please use the Book Now button and follow the instructions. Once we have received your request we will confirm availability and request your deposit. Bookings will only be fully confirmed once the deposit has been received.
* Deposits are 50% of the total booking price. These are non-refundable, however if you need to cancel or change your booking, the deposit can be carried forward to the new booking, providing it will take place entirely within the 12 months from the first date of your original booking and you have given at least 7 days notice of the change. If these conditions are not met, the deposit will be forfeited.

Two cats from the same household sharing a chalet £20 per night
SPECIAL OFFER FOR CARAVAN/LODGE RESIDENTS - book your cat in with us for your park's closure dates and get £50 off any booking of 3 weeks or longer. Please call or email us for details.
